Exclusive Admin Access #
There are no member or sub-admin portals in this application. No one else other than the Administrator can see the ledger data and information.
No External Database #
All ledger data is stored exclusively on your local systems. We do not store, process, or share your Kameti ledger information on any central databases or with any third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Local Encrypted Storage #
All ledger data is stored strictly on the Admin's Local Database. We ensure maximum privacy by keeping this data in a properly encrypted format locally rather than on cloud servers.
Data Recovery & Export #
- Data Recovery: Admins can recover data within the application seamlessly using an old exported Data File.
- Database Generation: Admins can also securely generate a new DB file directly from their existing records inside the application.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Ledger histories and group contribution logs are retained to maintain record integrity for all group participants.
